Registration is $30 per vehicle and limited to 125 entries.
* Show parking opens at  10 a.m. and spaces will be occupied on a first available basis. * Food/refreshments will be available for purchase. * Show begins at 12 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m. at 1333 Tiffin St. Fremont, OH 33909 * No dogs or alcohol will be allowed at this event. * No refunds will be available in the event of inclement weather or non-participation. A makeup day or following year event will be credited in case of inclement weather with pad admission. Again, there will be no refunds for any reason. * All proceeds benefit SIndicate Hydro, LLC *

(hereinafter “Participant”), acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the Munchy’s Jeep Jamboree in Fremont, OH on June 22nd, 2024. HOLD HARMLESS Participant, for themselves, spouse, heirs, next of kin or legal representative, agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Show, Syndicate Hydro, LLC, The Haunted Hydro, it’s affiliates and associates. and any Sponsor of the Show, and their respective officers, agents, or employees (hereinafter “Releasees”) from all claims, lawsuits, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from injuries (including death), to any person(s), including, but not limited to, guests, patrons, invitees, volunteers, contractors, or suppliers of materials, caused in whole or in part by Releasees negligence or wanton misconduct occurring at any time during the preparation for, course of, or following the Show event.  This release shall survive the conclusion of the event.  I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents.  I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and the Show, the County and the Sponsors, and sign it of my own free will.
